樹脂粘土をはじめとする自然乾燥粘土、オーブン粘土・UVレジンや2液性の
エポキシ樹脂など化学変化によって硬化するものでご使用頂ける便利な
シリコーン型です。レジンを用いると本格的なミニチュアグラスが作れます。
ミニチュアスイーツ・ミニチュアパン・ミニチュアフード・ドールハウスとの
組み合わせに最適です。

【使用法】
はじめに外型にUVレジンを半分より少し多めに入れます。
次に蓋型を差込み、硬化させます。
(レジンを溢れるくらい入れると気泡が入りにくい)
硬化後は型から取り外します。はみ出たバリはニッパやハサミ、爪等で
取り除いて完成です。

※型から取り外しにくい場合は型とレジン又は粘土の間にベビーオイル等の
離型剤を塗るとスムーズに抜けます。
※レジンが液漏れする場合は輪ゴムで型を固定し硬化させてください。

【当デザイン型に関するご注意】
■エポキシ→鏡面仕上げではない為、硬化後取り外すと曇っております。
研磨剤にて磨く事でより透明に仕上がります。

～　より鏡面仕上げにするために　～
はじめに離型剤スプレーを型に吹きかけ、2液混合型レジンを使用し、
硬化後取り外した後は柔らかい布に研磨剤をつけ磨きます。仕上げに再度、
離型剤スプレーを吹きかけ軽く拭き取るとよりきれいな面に仕上がります。

■UVレジン→鏡面仕上げではない為、硬化後取り外すと曇っております。
UVレジンやツヤ出しニスを2度塗りし表面をコーティングする事できれいに
仕上がります。研磨剤の使用可否はご使用のUVレジンに依ります。
気泡は細工棒などで突いて気泡を潰してください。気泡が入る場合は
硬めの筆等で型の溝にレジンを塗ってからレジンを流すと気泡は入りにくくなります。
