Who can use the ¥5,000 first-order offer?

Any member who has never placed an order with Nippon Chuko. It does not matter when you registered. Both existing members without order history and new members are eligible.

What if I already registered an account a while ago?

Can I use the offer on my second order?

No. The ¥5,000 minimum applies to the first order only. The regular ¥20,000 minimum applies to subsequent orders.

Is ¥5,000 the total including shipping?

No. Your product total must be at least ¥5,000. Shipping is charged separately, and any applicable duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are also separate.

Do I need to pay Japanese consumption tax?

Japanese consumption tax does not apply to orders shipped overseas. Your destination country may impose its own import duties, taxes, or fees.

When will I know the shipping cost?

Once your order has been placed and is ready for shipment, we will email you the shipping costs before dispatch. You can then choose from the shipping methods available for your destination and shipment: DHL, FedEx, EMS, or surface mail.

Is this offer also available for orders shipped within Japan?

No, this offer is only available for orders shipped to destinations outside Japan. Please note that orders shipped to addresses within Japan are not eligible, even if the order is placed from overseas.
