This is a foot for sewing concealed/invisible zippers. there are 2 grooves on the back for the thread.
There is a bump at the front of the foot to help concealing the sewline.
On the tip there is a wedge to separate the zipper. We have foots for both industrial and domestic machines.
As long as you do not posess a special machine, you can use it on any model there is.
