You can easily tear it with just this one without using scissors etc.

It is palm-sized and easy to handle.

*When pulling out the PP band, please pull it out slowly.
If you pull it out too quickly, both sides of the exit will be scraped and widened, and you may not be able to tear it to the correct width.
*Please do not force the outlet to widen. It may break and the spring may pop out, or you may be injured by touching the blade inside.
*Please keep out of reach of children.
Small fingers may get pinched or injured by coming into contact with the blade.
*Do not use for cutting other than PP bands. Doing so may cause damage.
