About the Authors
● Linda Permant
After serving as Marketing Director at Novita, one of the largest yarn manufacturers in Scandinavia,
in 2025, she opened "Sunday Knitting Club," a yarn shop for creators in Helsinki.
Based on the concept of a healthy and fulfilling life and sustainable fashion,
she sells yarn, patterns, and craft supplies.
She also holds knitting events and workshops,
and is dedicated to creating a space where creators can interact with each other through knitting.

● Kumi Sato
Born in Hokkaido. In addition to translating knitting-related materials, she is active in creating knitted works, exhibiting at events, and holding workshops.
She occasionally holds classes where even beginners can enjoy knitting. Currently, she also works as a part-time English lecturer at a medical vocational school.
Translated works include *Selboo Mitten Pattern Collection*, *50 Crochet Animal Amigurumi*, *150 Patterns and Knitting Techniques: Afghan Crochet Dictionary*, and *65 Crochet Dog Amigurumi* (all published by Graphic-sha), among many others.
