“Some-marche,” a special kit that lets you dye fabrics and yarns using a pen filled with liquid dye, has just been released by Olympus!

“Some-marche” exclusive liquid dye 50ml, 15 colors in total

Use the Easy Liner (sold separately) to dye with water—no need for complicated temperature control!

The dye comes in an eco-friendly pouch that can be folded up small and easily disposed of after use.

This fixing solution is used to set the color on yarn after dyeing and washing.

【OLY-ME1】 Some-marche Easy Liner  2 picies

OLY-ME1 染-marche イージーライナー 2本入

This is the pen-type Easy Liner used for dyeing threads. When dyeing, you simply tap the thread lightly with the pen tip!

The dedicated container has measurement markings, so you can measure and fill the dye at the same time. Because it’s pen-shaped, you can dye only the parts you want.

  • Size：15.5×2.7×2.7cm
  • Brush tip width: approx. 1.5 cm
  • Graduated up to 50ml

【OLY-MT1】 SOME-marche Thread 20m×3 skeins

These threads were specially developed by the manufacturer for hand-dyeing, so they stay wonderfully smooth when you sew with them.

After dyeing, you can use the threads for all sorts of crafts!

  • Contents: 20m x 3 skeins

Things to prepare:

  • Plastic wrap
  • Neutral detergent
  • Transparent cup container (1 container per skein, 200ml or more)
  • Measuring cup (necessary for measuring water)
