2025 Summer Yarn Exhibition & Order Event

We recently hosted our very own Summer Yarn Exhibition & Order Event!
Held from May 16–17, the event was a huge success, welcoming many visitors. Thank you so much to everyone who came!

This exhibition showcased a wide variety of yarns for the 2025 Spring/Summer season—ranging from exciting new summer yarns to timeless favorites and trendy materials.
The venue was filled with airy, lightweight swatches and summer-ready project samples.
The moment people picked up the yarn, you could see the sparkle in their eyes—wondering, “What should I make with this?”

This event was made possible with the cooperation of six wonderful manufacturers: DARUMA, Olympus, Hamanaka, Knit Wit, Marchen Art, and Clover.✨

【DARUMA (YOKOTA CO., LTD.)】

YOKOTA CO., LTD. the yarn maker famous for its red Daruma logo, introduced colorful summer yarns!✨
From unique nylon yarns knitted into tube-like strands to blends of linen and cotton that combine the best of both fibers, DARUMA presented many yarns that are perfect for summer.😍
The display was full of yarns and projects so fun, you’ll want to start making something right away♪

【Olympus】

A long-established Japanese manufacturer of embroidery threads, knitting yarns, and DIY kits.✨
Their Emmy Grande lace yarn was featured in adorable “推し(Oshi)” support goods such as charm pouches.😍
Their knit samples were classy and refined—beautiful yarns combined with elegant stitch patterns that captivated everyone.🤩

【Hamanaka】

A leader in handicraft materials, providing yarn, felt, and more—always inspiring the handmade boom.✨
One highlight was their yarn made with kapok, a natural plant fiber, blended with cotton. As an eco-friendly material drawing attention under the SDGs, kapok yarns gained lots of interest!
And the blue & white bag, it’s a 3-way design—two bags layered into one! Such a clever design idea!

【Rich More】

Rich More is known as a premium brand of high-quality hand-knitting yarns.
They offer a wide variety of colors in their basic yarns, while also presenting fashionable concepts and the latest designs from both domestic and international stylists and designers.

【MARCHENART】

MARCHENART specializes in cords, beads, and parts sourced worldwide. Their signature product is the La Marchen Tape—100% made in Japan for top quality. They also showcased their new “Timb. Tape”.
At this exhibition, the slimmer 1.5 mm La Marchen Tape was especially popular.✨

【Knit Wit】

A knitting brand from Korea!✨
Their lineup included fluffy, pop-colored novelty yarns and 100% cotton yarns available in 36 shades!
Adorable veggie-shaped dolls were also offered as event-exclusive kits. ♪

For knitting, sewing, embroidery, quilting, DIY, and more—Clover is a trusted name in handmade supplies.✨

This time, they showcased their knitting tools, including a trial corner for the Amure crochet hook (with patterns) and Pen-E.
Many attendees commented that the tools were “even easier to use than expected.”♪

～How to Place Orders～

☝🏻If you find a yarn you like, simply ask a staff member at the venue:
・Tell us the yarn type and the amount you need.
・Choose to either pick up your order in-store or have it shipped (shipping fees apply).
・Provide your membership number, name, and contact information.
※If you are not yet a member, please register first at the 1F reception counter (registration fee: 100 yen).
※For this event, ordered yarns arrived in about 7 days. Delivery dates vary by event.

🎁As a special bonus, customers who placed yarn orders received complimentary gifts from manufacturers, such as pattern booklets and knitting rings.😍

We received many happy comments such as: “The colors and textures feel so new!” and “I can’t wait to propose new summer designs with these yarns!”

In addition, the exhibition featured a wide variety of new yarns—light cottons, refreshing linen blends, and more—that are perfect for enjoying handmade projects even in the hottest season.
